HSN AND PO Boxes

I decided after a long break to try SSC Hi-Bright again. When I checked the tracking last week it said unable to deliver to a PO Box. I was never prompted during ordering to choose another shipping address. I also have received this there at least 3 times before. HSN is crediting me after 3 calls to CS but they have no explanation why it can't be delivered to me. I guess I saved some money.
