I have a lot of fine frizzy hair and after all the products I've tried the only one that helps a little is COLOR WOW one minute transformation styling cream.

@SilleeMee  Thank you I can't tell you how many times I have searched this problem. Bought many items that promised to elimate the frizz....so far nothing has worked

Being too rough on the hair can cause frizz.  Be careful how you handle it.  After you wash your hair, use a very soft microfiber turbie towel or old tshirt to squeeze and press the excess water out, rather than a regular hand towel or bath towel and vigorously rubbing it around.

I have long naturally wavy hair and I live in Florida, so frizz can be an issue. I have begun getting away from retail "hair and skin products" for some time now. I detest all of the unsavory ingredients, the expense without the return, and detest synthetic silicones. Most products for frizz are loaded with them. Unless they are water soluble silicones, and most products are not, or they don't specify, they build up on the hair and for me, worsen frizz and dull my highlights too.

Then, the only thing that gets rid of the buildup is a clarifying shampoo.

I have been using an oil that is called "nature's silicone" for hair. It's broccoli seed oil. No, it doesn't smell like broccoli nor is it green. It has no scent, and it's gold in color. It's considered a "dry oil" in that it's not greasy so it doesn't "sit" on the hair, doesn't weigh it down, but instead is absorbed beautifully, and not only tames my frizz, but moisturizes it, repairs it, and gives me a lot of shine. Plus, it acts like a heat protectant if you blow dry your hair. I ususally just use a smoothing brush and my hair dryer on the outer pieces that tend to frizz, and let the rest air dry.

If you have been using silicone products, stop using them, use a clarifying shampoo to remove the buildup, then try a good dry oil and see if that works for you.

I recently bought Olaplex Bonding Oil and it did not help. I think my hair has a mind of its own. @KittySoftPaws

@Janey2  Olaplex Oil contains several silicones.
