HELP!!!

I bought the WEN TSV several weeks ago, and I am SOOOO disappointed!!! I bought Pomegranate and I used the Sweet Almond Mint that came with the TSV. I have fine, straight hair, color treated because of gray, and although my hair is in good condition, I hoped WEN would make it even better. Not so. The first time I used only WEN products following directions and my hair was so soft it would not hold a style. The next time I used WEN and my regular styling mousse. My hair was better but the style did not hold. What is going on with that? I have gone back to my regular volumizing shampoo and styling products, and I will be returning the WEN products.
