I received the Rooibos Vit E Cream w/a broken pump. The stem was broken off. Couldn't use the product. E-mailed CS & received a reply saying that they would send me out a replacement pump. That was over 2 wks ago. In the meantime, I e-mailed them again w/no response. I called & was told they would get back to me. No response. I e-mailed them AGAIN but no reponse yet. If anyone can tell me how I can get them to respond, I would be truly grateful.

Also, how to you get to your account when you are on their website. I don't see any "My Account" or a place to sign in. Help, please{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
