HELP PLEASE...PHILOSOPHY.COM

I have tried for months to order from Philosophy.com but the site will not work. I have tried Firefox, different computers, as well as an iphone. I can load the site but none of the product descriptions, pictures or customer reviews will load. I've called customer service and they always give me some excuse. I know I'm not the only one having problems because others have mentioned the same problem on this forum. Can anyone tell me what I do to get Philosophy.com to work. I would be forever grateful.
