HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I am having a lot of under eye issues.

I thought that a primer might help me with the application of my concealer. I am very down right now - I have delt with bad dark circles forever but now I am getting the puffy look on top of that - now when I try to put more concealer on - I am seeing lines that I did not see before.

I will take any advice on eye creams, primer, concealer, setting powder. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
