Grey Hair Help!

Help! I am really struggling with my hair. It has a horrible texture due to grey hair. I color it so you can't tell that I have grey hair (I don't even know how much I have.) But I do know that the texture of my hair has become very coarse. Is there a hair product that actually makes coarse hair soft and shiny? I know and love skin care, but I really struggle with hair!
