I'm disappointed with Sephora and I'm done with them.

I've only been ordering 3 products from them for the past couple of years and even that's a problem.

They discontinued L'Occitane Organic hand gel sanitizer. Booooo.

They only permit 'One per customer' of the Koh Gen Do Organic cotton squares. Booooo.

They ran out of the LAVANILA deodorant set as I was going through the purchasing process it seems.

Used my $20 VIB gift card, another gift card that only had three bucks left on it and almost all of my 458 reward points.

I'm done with Sephora, as soon as I receive my order, I'm unsubscribing them.

See ya Sephora.

I got mine. They've done this for the last 2 or 3 years I think. Last year I was able to use it online and not have to spend $50. Looks like they caught on for this year lol! I have no idea what to get since the VIB sale just happened. I've been shopping at Ulta more so than at Sephora.

I got fed up with Sephora. I'm only a BI so by the time I got my $15 card what I wanted was sold out. I also don't like how a lot of products are not available to BIs until later on. Sephora's loss is Philosophy's gain, I spent my money there and saved $30 with the 30% off code. Sephora sent me a survey about their reward program. I made them aware I wasn't a fan, I wonder if they care.
