Good as gold kit

{#emotions_dlg.unsure} I still haven't recieved my Good as Gold kit! It says it shipped on the 7th along with the rest of my order. Everything else has been here for awhile...Customer service says they won't do anything about it until at least the 20th. I wanted it for christmas! {#emotions_dlg.mad}{#emotions_dlg.sad}.

This isn't the first time My BE has disappeared on the way here....I don't know if my mail carrier puts it in the wrong mailbox or what. Whoever gets it keeps it. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy}
