Good Coverage Foundation?

can someone recommend a good coverage foundation?

I have redness on my cheeks and no matter what I use to me the coverage is not strong at all.

I have used powder, cream and liquid and the results are the same; you can still see the redness and any other marks I have

I have used Balance and Brighten, Mally's, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Victoria Jackson.

Does Bobbi Brown or Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizers have good coverage?

I know there is Dermablend, etc. but they have mineral oil.
