Simple, companies are selling inventory they don't have and then make the inventory just in time to fill the orders that they get in. Well that only works well if there isn't a hitch in the inventory process or if they aren't overselling in the first place in anticipation of a certain percentage of cancelled orders.

I never did buy beauty auto deliveries from QVC when they shipped to Canada, I didn't need the headache and besides there was always something newer or better around the corner.

Mine says it is due to arrive on 5/1/14 but is ""in process"". It was originally pushed back to Monday 4/21/14 and then an expired credit card held it up until I called today. I hope everyone gets theirs eventually. I really loved the first shipment and haven't bought anything in months so that I could keep this one without the guilt

After reading about changing the date, I went into my order status yesterday 4/23 and changed my ship date from 5/15 to 4/24...now this morning it said processed and now it says released. I doubted changing the date would make a difference but it did. ${#emotions_dlg.biggrin}$

I just received an email today that my order has shipped with EDD of tomorrow! yeah!!

Can't believe this is happening again! Not a really big deal when you consider all the problems in the world but still nice when you can count on QVC A-D to do what it promises. :/
