Wrote to qvc cs and got a form response, twice, they might have to cancel my order if they can't get it back in stock in a few weeks. Gee, thanks. :/

Here's where things get weird, though- when I go to Order Status- Easy Pay Orders, the status is In Process. On the Order Status- All Orders page, it still reads Backorder. And when I go to "view easy pay installments by month", I have not been charged yet. So, who knows?

Just looked. Mine says 7/29, and I didn't get any email.....

I'm back. I don't get all this delay stuff. These shows are planned months in advance of the actual air dates. You have a TSV with AD. When the day is over, you know how many future AD Kits you need, and the time for the next kit is months out...... Yes, some customers will drop out of the AD, but the Q can still sell the extras online. This is not rocket science. More like bad management practices. Sorry, I don't normally rant, but this happens a lot.

Update: Mine now says IN PROCESS. Still lists EDD as 7/11/14 but I'm relieved to see any progress! I hope all of yours are on the way as well. I love BE and especially these Holiday AD sets. I will continue to order every December as long as they keep offering them. Just hope they get this recurring backorder thing resolved, going forward.
