Generic Nutrafol - has anyone tried it?

[ Edited ]

Both Walmart & CVS have "Compare to dietary ingredients in Nutrafol" Women's & men's. Has anyone tried this? Its new to me but it has been around for a while and there are tik toks claiming that they are mostly the same except for the order of some  ingredients like maca, ashwagandha, saw palmetto.

Walmart sells a months supply (120 capsules) for $30 & CVS has it at $60. CVS currently has a bogo offer so it comes down to the same price. Nutrafol sells for $88.

Most hair supplements can help existing hair growth but they won't make your scalp sprout new hair. Only minoxidil and lasers can do that.

Expecting no miracles @SilleeMee @Shelbelle , just trying to conserve what I have. Minoxidil also comes with shedding before you build back up, not sure I can deal with that traumaSmiley LOL Even some young derms use minoxidil, makes me want to believe that its safe to use.

I wish Nutrafol/CVS, walmart dupes didn't have the biotin coz I took Lessman HHS for years and it made no difference. Only the vegan Nutrafol is biotin free.
