Just talked to my Mom tonight. She is 80. She told me that her sister, who is 77, is visiting. I asked if my Aunt needed any more Perricone cream (my Aunt has been using a couple of products since the summer and had been pleased with the increased firmness.) My Mom said no, she doesn't want more of it, she says it lightens her skin -- does it lighten yours? I said yes, it has -- is that a bad thing? My Mom said well, she doesn't like it. I said well, ok, if she wants to hang on to her hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and age spots, she should quit using Perricone then.

There was a moment of silence on the other end. My Mom said does it really get rid of age spots? I said, yes which you would know if you were using yours faithfully twice per day and also applying sun screen faithfully. (My Mom has slacked off her skin care routine in the last year.)

I explained that it doesn't bleach the skin but does exfoliate the damaged skin gradually.

She said hmmm, I'll go tell her that.
