Free Shipping?

The Mally Spring Into Beauty 7-piece eye and lip collection, A315314, is showing on the website at a featured price of $58.20 with free shipping and handling. I added it to my cart, and went through checkout. The only shipping option was UPS Ground - Free, but my total showed $5.72 for shipping. I've called customer service twice, and was told both times that shipping and handling is not free. Is my computer the only one showing free shipping and handling?
