Free Shipping?

Does anyone know if Free Shipping will be offered again before Christmas? I have gifts still to purchase but the budget is tight, so if there's no Free Shipping in the next week or so, I'll purchase locally. TIA!

They don't let us know in advance otherwise everyone would stop shopping and wait for the free shipping day.

Last year there was a "National Free Shipping Day" on December 15, 2017 and QVC did not participate. So not sure if they do one later in the month towards Christmas or if the last one was it for the year.

National Free Shipping Day this year falls on Friday, December 14, 2018. Maybe check in that day to see if they will participate this year.

I will also add that shipping is so slow here that you might be better off getting your gifts now. If they do another free shipping day in the next week or so, I don't see how they will get the packages out in time.

Seems to take them 2 weeks to get things to me even during the slow times of the year.

I have zero recent experience with any company's shipping because I just quit buying anything anywhere except from the supermarket or the drug store. I also had a major order from my optician who had to order lens for me after my surgery; they arrived faster than any of us expected.

But I do know even regular mail this week is horrendous. I'm waiting for a letter which was mailed in Pennsyvania Monday morning and here it is Saturday afternoon and I'm still waiting.
