I'm allergic to many scented things. I would prefer and need to know when something has a scent to it. I don't want to have to return something and pay shipping when all the host has to do is say a beauty product has a scent. Simple enough. If you suffer with allergies, you know how horrible it is.

Almost all my skincare is fragrance-free. The only exception is my cleansing milk, but it's a very light herbal that I actually like and that never bothers me. But that's it.

I would suggest that you go by the assumption with skincare products that if the host or vendor does not specifiy the product as unscented, it is not unscented. Better safe than sorry. Also, you can check the item description online or even call or email the company if you are very interested.

No, it's not hard. But my advice was based on the reality that it probably won't be said very often.

The ingredients are almost always listed. So, you can quickly look it up before ordering and see if fragrance is added. Things like essential oils will also leave a scent, so you have to know what to avoid.
