Foundation help needed

I am in desperate need of a foundation that actually provides coverage....no BE, it is worthless...I have several broken blood vessels and some discoloration on my lower jaw....age-related I suppose....and some redness. I have tried hundreds of dollars' worth of dept. store foundations and have found nothing that comes close to what I need. I want a smooth, evened-out skin tone .....but I must have serious coverage....does QVC carry anything .....anything at all....that is worth trying? Please don't suggest any more dept. store brands.....went broke doing those.....but might try QVC and can send it back if it doesn't work.
