Lizzie, I used to wear this foundation. I found that the original made my faceitch when I got hot (I believe it was due to the bismuth oxichloride). I used the matte for a little bit, but the color was never right. The (n) was too pink, and the (w) was too orange! Do you apply yours with the kabuki, or do prefer the beauty blender/ wet sponge method?

First, I'm in hysterics you can't use the word it&h! I use Laura Gellar primer over my moisturizer, so that leaves a barrier between my skin and the product, and it lasts all day! If you don't use a primer, I highly recommend it. I use Medium BM with a large kabuki brush, and start out with as small amount as I can, and build the coverage. I've been using IT Bye Bye Pores HD Micro Powder to finish, which seems to work better for me than mineral veil. I use Laura Gellar Pink Grapefruit Blush & Brighten blush. I've had several people tell me I look like I am "glowing," so I must be doing something right! And I'm not a professional in any way! BTW, I found the colors of BM to be very forgiving, I don't think it has to be exact, especially if you use blush to contour under your cheek bones, as LG suggests.

Missha Perfect cover BB cream. Been using it for quite some years now and always go back to it even though I like to try new things. It hasn't failed me yet, even when my skin has slowly changed from normal to now normal to dry.

Cover Girl Outlast foundation covers very, very well. But always use an SPF under it b/c it only has an SPF for UVB.

Still love Boscia BB. Occasionally reach for Missha. Often just some concealer and a little powder, esp since I started using 100% Pure primer.

Guerlain Lingerie de Peau Invisible Skin Fusion in 01.

Merle Norman Powder Base in Porcelain.

I alternate, depending on my mood and the mood of my skin. I love them both. Completely different, and both beautiful.
