Formula change/bad batch???????

So just opened a gallon of TT. Been using it about a week, no other changes to my routine. My hair is like straw! I've used wen, especially TT for about 6 years now. Nothing, I repeat nothing has changed, not meds, not diet, not products or styling methods. No recent hair coloring. I'm hoping they didn't change something in the formula, but I am at a loss to explain it! HELP
