Formula 15 ? Please Help

Hi Ladies,

I hope someone here can answer my question. I, too, have been trying to reach a Perricone Specialist without success. Anyway, today was my first time using Formula 15 and would like to know if it can be applied to the entire under eye area. The insert says crows feet, so does that mean the outside corner of the eye only? Thanks for any help.
