For those that can't use a primer.....

I can't use a primer under my makeup because my skin doesn't like "cones". HOWEVER my skin seems to need something to smooth it out a little and help the foundation go on smoother. I found something that has been working for me and thought I would share...I've been brushing on face powder before my foundation. Simple as that. I've been using Rimmel's Stay Matte Pressed Powder. It also seems to make my make up last longer during the day too. BONUS!!!
