Foot Cream?

I need some relief for my DRY feet. They are miserable and by the end of summer, they are like sandpaper. It doesn't have to be a "foot cream" per se, just something rich and moisturizing that isn't absorbed by my cotton socks at night. Oh yes, an afforadable drug store brand would be nice.
