Flyaway Hair

My hair is very fine. Withe the cold weather, when I am drying me hair it get horribly static-y and flyaway.. do you know what I mean? Anyone have the same problem? After my hair is dry I have to put some kind of product in it to make it better before I can even style it. Any tips for me?? Thank you!
