Flaky head with WEN

Hello, I love what WEN does to my hair but my skelp gets very flaky. (This is not normal for me, and didn't happen with other shampoos.) Am I just not getting all of the WEN out of my hair or using to much product or using the wrong WEN conditioner? I have tried to rinse my hair more to make sure I have everything out but it seems to contunue to happen. Any one else have this happen or can suggest anything to try? Thank you! I have been using WEN since Dec 2011.
