Flaky Skin Issue Solved, but...

I posted a week or so ago that even though I have oily skin, there are flakes on my face after applying my make up. I use IT Celebration Foundation as well as a couple of other brands.

Then it hit me: the brush must be the culprit and sure enough, that's exactly what happened.

Now I need an emollient foundation that is not greasy and one that I could use my foundation brush to apply. The other two brands are long-wearing and matte.
