I've been losing weight and have lost 70 lbs and still have another 70 to lose. I've had a lot of loose skin and have been worried about it getting worse when I lose more. I started exfoliating every day in the shower wondering if that might help with cell turnover and possibly reveal newer skin that might be more firm in appearance. I also started using Josie's body butter every day since Vitamin E is supposed to help with firming. I do think its helping. Has anyone else found that exfoliation and consistent moisturizing has helped firm their body skin or have you found anything else that has helped? Thanks much!
