Fingernail decorating kits

This is my first time doing this and I am new to QVC shopping, just started within the past 6 months. Some time back, August or September maybe, while watching QVC with my Mother-N-Law we seen a fingernail decorating kit that came with polish and some kind of silver template things, I think it was around $40.00 but now that I really want it I can't find it. Does anyone know the kit I'm talking about? If so, how can I find it?
