Finally!!!!!Less Shedding

Omg i am so happy,for the last week my hair seems to be getting normal again everytime i have been washing it's not shedding as much.And i did it by myself i diagnosed it myself.All the money i spent on doctor's visits stupid shampoos for nothing.I suspected it was my ferritin and doctors said" no it's not.Well i have been taking iron for the last month and a half to two months and it's the only thing i'm taking and finally my hair is back to normal.I absolutely know it is the iron pills that is helping my hair.All i know and care about is that i'm so happy now.But really did i have to lose half of my hair though?But anyways i feel better.thanx to the ladies who did say to check my iron.THANK=YOU

that is great news for you, but I would go to your doctor to make sure you iron levels are okay. I've been severely anemic before (period related) and was told to take over the counter iron pills. However, once my iron levels leveled off, I was told to stop taking them. Too much iron can be toxic to your body. You don't want to fix one thing and start trouble somewhere else. I just want you to be well!
