I agree with you. It would be better if the styling product set was released sometime last month even if it wasn't an OTO but could have been a featured price. I can't imagine that they will sell a lot of these kits and sets this close to the end of this seasonal selection.

Agreed. Chaz apologized for the delay yesterday. I have been wanting this since before Christmas. I don't use the mousse much--it's really the SC that I wanted. When I saw the SC was available on Chaz's site a few weeks ago, I went ahead and ordered it and I've enjoyed it. I did go ahead and order the OTO, because I have a little stockpile of WWC CC at home and I have a couple more 32oz bottles coming on A-D. I imagine others that love it do too, so they will probably do fine with the OTO, in spite of the fact that it was very late coming out.

I want to also apologize for the late release. It wasn't planned this way. There's been a strike at the Long Beach Port in California and we've had a real challenge getting components and ingredients released and we're doing everything we can to get ahead on Spring. We get daily updates on what ships are being unloaded but unfortunately with the volume impacted by the strike we aren't able to do any prioritizing. I am not authorized to post as a vendor however I really do think you should get a response and we thank you so much for your patience.

Thanks so much for the explanation. I'm sure that must be more frustrating for team Wen and Q than it is for us! I'm glad we finally got it and didn't miss it entirely!

Seriously? WEN=Baldness thread? Why start a thread with such an inflammatory title? The OP apparently has alopecia but claims not to have discussed her hair care routine before getting steroid injections in her head. Likely! I responded in a nice way, but something is rotten in Denmark.

By the way, what is with Nick Chavez really going after Chaz and wen? I feel sorry for him that he feels he needs to constantly put down another product to try to sell his own. Just focus on your own products and what they do for hair rather than trying to get digs in on other products. It really looks childish.

He's been doing this for a long time now and I tune in because it's comical, but there is a fine line between funny and pathetic. I kind of feel sorry for him when he starts making a fool of himself. I used to like him but then he just kept knocking Chaz and Wen similar to someone else that used to be on the Q. You think someone would calm him down already.

YEP, you got that right!...either quit a product you don't like, doesn't work, move on, why would you want to go on and on, I used Victoria Principle eye product a long time ago, made my eyes swell, ended up at eye Dr, but imagine this "I STOPPED" using it, didn't need to write to "anyone" any long post, or threaten her company or reputation. easy fix

Some people aren't happy unless they have something to complain about. I've realized by this board in particular that for some reason people LOVE to HATE on WEN and Chaz. I don't get it either though. If you don't like it or can't use it that doesn't mean others can't and there is NO reason to start bashing those that do and can use it. There are products I can't use but I don't go around to their boards and make rude comments and I certaintly don't understand why others feel the need to do this.

I just read this post about Nick Chavez. I find this very surprising and really in bad taste for another vendor to criticize another product. After reading this I would never order anything from him, (just in case I wanted to try something from his line). Making negative comments about another vendor isn't going to help his business.

Maybe he feels he can do this since his shows have been relegated to the middle of the night. I see that the inventory of his has shrunk to 40 some items. But I also don't see why Q allows one vendor to bash another on air.
