I have shoulder length thin/fine/porous hair. Here's my routine:

* first cleanse - TT (rotating CA in for every fourth cleanse, just for clarifying purposes)

* second cleanse - any Seasonal (rotating in 613 for every 3rd cleanse)

* leave-in - 1/2 pump 613 CC (16oz bottle), 1 pump 613 SC, 3 pumps 613 mousse

The Seasonals & 613 really help my hair which didn't have any body before using them (I'm never going to have a protein overload problem).

I'm experimenting with BGT CC right now, but I still haven't really figured out how I'm going to incorporate it into my regular routine. -- I may wind up rotating it into my first cleanse sometimes and my second cleanse at other times. I may also wind up rotating the BGT CC into my leave-in (alternating it with the 613 CC) because it seems to give my hair more body than 613 CC does. It has the unique bamboo amino acid complex which seems to do well on my hair.

bebe, I have to figure out how to incorporate BGT into my regimen as well. I used it for the first time yesterday and am pleasantly surprised: I have volume and firmness in my curls. With 613, I have firmness.

This weekend, I plan on doing an extended cleanse with BGT instead of 613 and see how that does my hair.

And, it smells heavenly!

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

I like to mix LAV with either TT or SAM. With TT, LAV cuts down on the medicinal smell and with SAM it just smells great. I also Mix 613 with TT or SAM too. I love the smell of 613, but can't use it straight. I just started using Fig the other day too...not sure what to mix with it.
