First time poster, so please be patient. I am early 40's and about a month or so ago, my cheeks and the top of my forhead (just a section about an inch wide) turned red, dry, and splotchy. Is it possible to suddenly get rosacea? I've never had this problem before. I've had the dry skin occassionally during the winter, but never with the redness. I haven't started any new detergent, foods, or facial products. I thought it might me my shampoo and contitioner because I started using them around the same time as the redness appeared. But I stopped using them and it didn't disappear. Strangely enough, I have very oily skin and acne. My face is a walking contradiction. Any help is appreciated. I am on a tight budget so spends big bucks on product is not possible.
