Facial flex users- continue or give up

I have a post on this board. Help lost 60 lbs and now have TURKEY NECK I'm told that nothing helps with a turkey neck so wondering what the facial flex does? I don't want to continue if it's not going to help.

Re: Facial flex users- continue or give up

Hi Firestripes. I answered you in your other thread, but I think you should consider calling a few plastic surgeons for a consultation. The facial flex will firm up the muscle, but I think if your skin is hanging and sagging from the weight loss, it would not help to tighten it up the way you would want. Facial flex and other types of exercises are great if you have a little bit of slack, imo.

It's the equivalent to wanting to tone up your tricep after a very big weight loss. Yes, the muscle would get firm with weight training and the skin may tighten up a bit, but you would still have hanging skin and wouldn't see the muscle definition. Someone who's skin isn't as loose would tighten everything up and you would see that tricep definition. Just my opinion and I wish you luck with whatever you choose to do.

How long has it been since you've lost weight? If it's less than a year, perhaps keep going. I personally find my facial flex most useful for asymmetry and jawline tone.

Hi I started losing weight about 8 months ago It sounds like facial flex is not meant for a turkey neck. Thanks everyone
