FRIZZ, FRIZZ.....AND MORE FRIZZ!

I have no idea what to do with my frizzy hair anymore! I have fine, curly hair, and lately the frizz has been way out of control! I don't mean just a little frizzy, I man totally frizzy every where. I have tried all kinds of serums, oils, creams, lotions, etc. and nothing works! I know it has been pretty humid here for awhile now, but there has got to be something that will tame my frizz.

I try not too use much gel (which I use to define my curls and tame the frizz) because I read somewhere (pretty sure it was here on the boards) that most gels contain alcohol, which contributes to the frizz. I end up adding more and more gel just to try to tame the frizz.

Any ideas? Also, I don't want something that will end up weighing down my fine hair.
