I do NOT like any of these scents on me! But I love Elizabeth Taylor. Also, they still donate money from her perfumes to research for her charities!

I have heard that White Diamonds is among the top fragrances sold year after year.

My sister wears all of the Elizabeth Taylor Diamond fragrances and I can hardly stand to stand to close to her or sit next to her. She wears them lightly and they still come off STRONG!

A couple of years back, I got a mini size of Diamonds and Emeralds in a MUA swap. I always thought the Liz Taylor scents were too strong when sprayed, but when I dabbed the scent on from the little mini, it was lovely and not at all overpowering as it would have been from a sprayer.

White Diamonds stinks, always has. Don't care who wears it.

Is this another advertisement again ? who keeps doing this ???

I don't understand this, isn't strong on me at all but I do have a problem with scents lasting on me. I do always get compliments when I wear the original plain white diamonds and no, isn't strong on me at all since I also can't stand a strong scent. I know we are all very different but the original plain WD isn't strong on me at all and while the other two, rubies and emeralds are a bit when I first spray I don't have a problem after 30 minutes. I didn't get the other one since I don't care for a spicy scent which the description on scentiments said, had a spice in it.

Remee, I am not advertising, have been with QVC from the beginning as a customer so please don't accuse me of advertising. I post recipes and have been on the beauty site, recipe swap and pet boards from the beginning.

Don't worry about the accusation. I think it was just the fact that you posted a C/P with no content of your own in a couple different places. But it's obvious you are a regular poster here. Smile

As for the scents, we're all different, so it's not a matter of understanding or not understanding. But I would always caution a perfume user, especially those who say they have a problem with scent lasting on them, to go easy with application, especially with perfumes that others have noted they find to be strong.
