Our hair and formula preferences sound really similar! Fig is my staple and my favorite seasonals were SHP, FAS and WVM in that order (althogth WVM is my favorite scent). I gave away the FGP...it wasn't moisturizing enough (it worked like POM in my hair...more frizz) and I really disliked the scent, although unlike FAS, it doesn't linger in the hair.

I'm like you, OP. FAS and SHP have been the very best things for my hair.

FGP smelled wonderful but nothing has performed like FAS and SHP for me. I'm really hoping this Fall's scent has the same properties.

{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}. ITA 100%. I will be buying the FTP in hopes that it is a similar super formula like FAS. I don't think I will purchase FGP again, only because I have a huge stockpile of CC's, and the performance wasn't a WOW like FAS.

I am getting all worked up and watch Chaz not even offer the FGP!

I have to remind myself that there is more than the scent to consider but I so love the scent of the seasonals. I don't want 32 ounces of something I can't really use.It is awesome to have a great scent and great performance as well.

Kjelle, you are so right when you said Chaz has kicked it up a notch. I am hoping the new fall seasonal is going to be wick-ed awesome!

Well that's my conundrum. Loving the scent vs loving the performance. I wish both coincided in the same CCs but sometimes they don't. And that's annoying. I don't want to buy 32oz of something that I can't use every cleanse, but the only other option is not using it at all.

I agree with some of the others- FGP was not moisturizing for my hair (it dried it out a little and irritated my scalp a bit as well- made it red like a sunburn). SHP is wayyy more moisturizing.

I don't know about the performance of FAS because the scent was so overpowering, lingering and nauseating to me that I could not use it more than a few times before I stopped.

It has no comparison. FGP is the only wen CC I can say I do like probably because i have a pumpkin fetish. It smells fantastic kinda like the warm pumpkin pie or pumpkin spice candles at bath and body works/walmart. The spice part is just right. it is not that awful burned maple smell like the FAS. its like a pumpkin pie smell but more realistic to true to life smell

I never used FGP since I just started using Wen last summer but agree with you about FAS. I just couldn't use it and gave it to a friend who also uses Wen. Some Wen users really liked it. Also not sure I would like the FGP if it isn't moisturizing enough. I do plan on ordering the new fall seasonal.

usually I can deal with a fragrance and am not overly sensitive to them- I may not like them but I can tolerate almost anything. But that FAS, yeah well you know. lol It reminded me of that super sweet, fakey caramel popcorn scent that some malls have because they sell it or walking by BBW during the fall when they have some sickly sweet weird scent (not sure the name) that you can smell from a mile away. I hope the new Fall one will be amazing! Smile

I didn't know pumpkin was available but if you have a bottle from when it was, well, it was my favorite when it came out. I used it one day before going to a store and as I was waiting on line I thought something smells so good and it was ME! I went, like Fonzie, woooahhh! {#emotions_dlg.lol} Really, I did. The results for me were great. I've tried every seasonal and loved them all BUT.....drum roll......PEACH ooooo heeeeee wwaaaaa!! Love the results and the scent. I feel peach is the most concentrated, I mean it can be heavy so for me the styling creme, less is needed. Chaz really outdid himself with peach. Years ago I was using this body lotion from a well known store and it was pear, not a well known brand or anything it was just a bunch of these lotions in different scents on a stand so I tried pear and loved it and it was just some cheap stuff but the scent was lovely so I can't wait until Chaz comes out with his Pear. I know sight unseen or unsmelled it will be right up my alley.Wink

I agree with you sjk73 about the SHP. It will be difficult to top this product for many of us. Even though, I may like the new seasonals I can't imagine that I will like them as much as SHP.
