I am thinking of getting a "FOREO LUNA" . It is a highly touted facial appliance but because of the high cost I would like to get a feed back from any one of you ladies who was used it. I trust the ladies on Beauty Banter. THANK YOU.

Hi pixi. If you do a search, you'll find a lot of great reviews of this on this board. The ladies seem to love it. I got a Luna Mini a couple of weeks ago…. Someone posted a great deal on HSN…. $99 and a 15% off coupon. I took advantage of the opportunity, and got it. It's a nice device, but I can't honestly say that it does anything more for me than just washing my face normally. I use it once a day, but sometimes forget. I don't have a ton if make-up ti get off, and don't have a big issue with pores. I do think my face might feel softer after I use it, and I am planning to keep it.

Do read the other threads…. I don't know that they say just what the benefits are, but as I wrote above, the ladies love this device!

I don't have it but noticed it on another thread that was going around recently. It was a top 5 of all time beauty items and it was on a lot of ladies lists. Makeup ally website would be a great place to find reviews of it besides here.

I would never spend that much on something that cleans my face. But that's just me. I know others swear by these things. The way I see it, if you have the money to spend, spend it on something else you enjoy instead of paying $140 for an electric washcloth. You can get some nice clothes or jewelry or beauty items.

I love mine, and haven't picked up my Clarisonic (except once) since I received it.

It's just so much easier to use, easier to clean, nothing to replace.

I know people use the Clarisonic to exfoliate somewhat, and since this has no bristles, you don't get that action.

You do not SCRUB with the little nibs -- I think the action is the sonic infusion (or whatever) not using this as a facecloth, let's say.

And several use the "anti-aging" feature which is flopping it over, lowering the vibes, and massaging the skin (as well as using it to apply creams and serums). I just always forget, plus most of my creams have some dimethicone in them and we're not supposed to use silicone products with the device.

I've been on the fence about this thing for several months. First, I want it because it's gotten such rave reviews and gave up on my cleansing brush, but then I reason with myself using logic similar to Nighthawks' and I put it on the back burner. They even have one, or did last week anyway, on HSN with Flex Pays. I've gone back and forth and always end up talking myself out of it. I don't mean to sound like I'm bragging, but I try to take care of my skin with good skincare products and habits and taking supplements. For my age, I think I'm doing a pretty good job. DH tells me all the time how nice my complexion is. So, if I'm doing this well, at this age, I don't think I'd see much difference with another skin cleansing machine. JMHO, for what it's worth.

Hi, JLF! My skin was looking pretty great already (unlike you, I'm bragging!) when I got this, and I really haven't seen a difference. Those who haven't been using devices seem to be the ones who experience the most noticeable results. Somehow, I just feel like I do a better cleansing job with this, but that may very well be due to all the years QVC and the Clarisonic Guy brainwashed me that I wasn't getting my skin clean by just washing.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

It's just a nice little something, and I'd probably repurchase if something happened to it, but it's not CRUCIAL, IMO. Especially if you're being conscientious about cleansing anyway.

I really love mine and like MarenSeattle, I haven't picked up my Clarisonic since. I use the anti-aging feature with JM Argan Milk and my skin looks really great.
