Eyeliner

Hi everyone. I don't post much as I travel quite a bit for work. However, when I do have a question I know you ladies can help me with all of your good ideas and tips. My question is this: Is there a mascara that can create the look of an eyeliner? I am not good with eyeliner and when I saw the demo for IT cosmetics with the primer for the lashes I thought that might do it. Anyone have any suggestions or tips?
