Eyelash problems

I'm having problems with bumps on my upper lash lines. I use an eyelid primer, moistened LG shadows as my liner and Lastisse. I also use quality mascaras and Bifacil eye makeup remover.I think it's the Latisse that is causing the problem. Even though my lashes are getting longer I am still losing them and have a nice space in the middle of one eye. Anyone else having similar problems?
