I've had the problem for years and have tried everying with varying success, but recently I purchased NYX Proof It for Brows ( think that's the name). There is one for Shadow so don't be confused. Read the reviews on Ulta. If you follow the directions of those who love it, it works GREAT. I use the applicator to put some on my finger. Don't take a lot and add more if needed. Then, on skin that, after all foundation, etc.. has beeb rubbed clean with a tissue, I lighly spread the product over area - especically where no hairs at all. Let it dry thoroughly - that's important, and then proceed with your brow product. I use the NYX dupe for Anastasia Brow Wiz In a hurry but will check back to see if you have any questions for me. I swear it works.
