Eye spackle question

I just switched to LG from BE (and I'm loving it). I used the BE Prime Time for eyes, which works okay to keep me from getting oily/creasing - but it's so expensive for a tiny amount. How is Laura's eye spackle? It looks like it's a better value. Does it prevent oily lids/creasing?
