Eye shadow pallete

I am looking to purchase an eye shadow palette. I am 44 so tend to avoid shimmery shadows. I have brown eyes and tend to lean towards the neutral/brown shades. Does anyone have any recommendations? I was tempted by the Mally in the buff but don't know how many matte colors are in the palette.
