I like the Simple Brand Eye Makeup Remover in a clear plastic bottle with green lid. I pour some on a cotton pad and it takes off all my eye makeup including mascara. It's getting more difficult to find. Ulta usually has one lone bottle on the shelf. My local grocery store carries the toner, but not the eye makeup remover. Ulta carries the eye makeup remover, but not the toner.

I tried the Almay eye makeup remover and oh my did that sting my eyes. I used it up, but never again!

I have also tried the Clinique eye makeup remover, as a small travel/sample bottle that sometimes comes as a gift with purchase in a set when you buy a certain amount of Clinique products. I like this also, but oh the price!

I have also tried NYX's eye makeup remover, but it is one you must shake up and is so oily! Even after I removed all the makeup, I had to use another pad just to absorb the oil. But it sure worked. Purchased online from Ulta.

For now, I'm sticking with the Simple brand. I just buy a few bottles at a time when I find them.

I tried Almay and this was very irritating to the oils. The pads are greasy and remain on your eyelashes. I would not recommend this product if you have sensitive eyes.

She recommended Almay OIL FREE remover pads. Almay makes two versions - one is called "moisturizing" and it is rather oily, but great for removing waterproof mascara. The other is "oil free" and as the name suggests, it is not oily.
