Thanks @AngelPuppy1  I have allergies but the glue never bothered me.  Put on a very thin line.  It does not take much at all.

Actually too much causes the mess and the lash will slide around.  Just the barest stripe over the edge is plenty, place and hold until secure. 15 or 20 seconds.

@Pink123  Beautiful photo of you, Pink123!  Thank you for sharing your gorgeous photo and lash tips and tricks- gorgeous eyes and natural glam results with the Ardell Demi lashes 🙂.I want to try to wear false lashes again- Ardell is a great brand, I used to rock their Demi Whispie lashes a lot. I think I'd like to get back to false lashes- they're affordable and a fun way to enhance eye makeup looks  🤗

Thank you @SportyShorty07  and it won't hurt the thin lashes we have left. lol.  When taking off, just make sure there is no glue residue on the edge of your lash. gently check and rub off any remaining glue. I do it with toilet paper. lol.

When I noticed my lashes thinning out a bit I started using a serum from Amazon that worked.  Then they changed the formula and it wasn't nearly as good.

I'm now using SWEED EYELASH SERUM which is EXCELLENT.  It has helped my lashes thicken out and they look almost like they did when I was decades younger.  I also love Sweed Cloud mascara and normally purchase the 2 in a set (which I get directly from Sweed).  They have sales and there are promo codes available too.

@nyc1  SWEED is a GMA deal , half off, today might be the last day.  Eye serum still available, brow serum is sold out.  I was going to purchase yesterday, but I think that for $10 less I might try the Terez and Honor serum on Amazon.  Has great reviews and I think @JeanLouiseFinch likes this one.

Mine are a joke--lost them all during chemo and when they grew back--they were/are short, stubby and staight!! I don't wear mascara except when socializing--not often--and then its a whole freaking production --I do use tarte tube mascara which really helps immensly.

@Pink123  You're welcome, Pink123 🤗! Great tip about removing the glue residue with toilet paper. You're right about false lashes not hurting the thin lashes lol- especially the lightweight Ardell lashes. I like the look of the demi and whispie lashes!

I'm another all thumbs person and I don't have the time to deal with trying to apply false lashes on the days that I do wear mascara.  I'm on a tight schedule as I'm not getting up any earlier than 6:30.  @Pink123 yours look nice and natural.  I just don't have the patience for it.  I never tug on mine getting mascara off.  I just use Lancome's BiFacil on a cotton ball and finish with whatever facial cleanser I'm using.  None of the cleansers I use irritate my eyes.

I tried several of the non-prostaglandin products tht have been recommended here in other eyelash threads.  None of them worked for me.  I went back to using RapidLash which does have a prostaglandin.  I used it before and it was fabulous, but they removed the prostaglandin following pressure from the FDA.  But, they have added it back in although it's further down in the ingredient list than it used to be.  I never had a problem with it and I'm finally getting my lashes (and brows) back.

@Major Shopper  Interesting. I would be careful with iron supplements as they are fat soluable, and therefore can easily and quickly build up in the body and become somewhat toxic.

Tubing mascara is what I use when I wear mascara. No tugging or rubbing to get it off. Saves traumatizing the lashes and the eyelids.

@MrsCat21 @Dusty1   THANK YOU BOTH so much for letting me know about the deals on Sweed on GMA.  I don't follow GMA so I would have missed it.  I spent $90 but saved a lot.  I got the EYELASH SERUM in the larger size,  which I was going to get the other day but didn't.  I also got the CLOUD MASCARA in each of the 2 colors,  which was a great price and the FRENCH GIRL Lip Crayon that is so pretty.  I have one already but want this as a back up.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU xoxo

Thank you.  A good tip.
