I'm embarrassed to even think about how many concealer's I've bought over the years. Obviously very dark circles but also dry skin, fine lines.

Dermablend (though good) was too dry on me. I like IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye. It's by far my favorite. The double sided brush is great for application. You only use a small amount and blend with the fuller brush side.

There are many others that go on nice and smooth, but don't cover. I doubt there are but a slight few I haven't tried. Either don't cover or accentuate the lines/and too dry.

Another I just tried was the new stick one (I believe same formula, just in a stick) by YBF (Staci) on HSN. It's a bit too yellow for me, but does cover and goes on smoothly. I use it sometimes if I'm in a hurry and don't drag out my mega cosmetic case. It's not bad.

I'm 65+ and have dark circles from allergies and genetics.  My under eye skin is thinner, crepey (ish).

What I'm seeking out is a concealer that won't accentuate the fine lines that can't be avoided at this age.  I know, nothing will completely conceal my dark circles and dark eyelids, but to lessen the dark look is something I really need and want.

I've found using a stiffer/ "dryer  concealer accentuates my lines and a soft moist one does the same and it migrates--and putting powder on top...:/  Resulting in the area looking more aged than it is.  However,  I look "ill" if I don't use something.

Any suggestions on a product for my "mature" skin and dark eye area?

Oh, and I have some red area around my nose from broken capillaries and can't find something that stays put in an area where I often have to wipe my nose---ya know?  Allergies Smiley Sad

Will any concealer do what I've experienced and I'm seeking out something that doesn't exist except in my dreams?

I have normal skin, no T zone oiliness or dryness--great skin, sorry looking  dark eyes.   I have fair skin and nearly white hair.

Thanks for tyring to help.

I have a similar problem.  I am about your age.  I have no bags and am not heavily lined, but the dark circles are the worst.  I have tried a lot of stuff and most of it ends up making the area look worse -- older, more heavily lined, etc.  I have gone back to a product I used a long time ago -- Maybelline Dream Lumi.  I am quite pleased with this.  No, it does not totally blank it out but so far, it does the best job for me.  I use very little and pat it on lightly.  It is not overly drying, nor overly oily.  Another good thing about this is that you can use it on other areas of your face.  I also use it on my eye lids.  They tend to have some redness and I don't always want to use eye shadow.  This hides the redness and also seems to highlight the eye.  It makes my eyes look more rested.

I like ByeBye Undereye from IT or Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage Kit.
