Eye Bag Treatment Cream

This morning on Good Morning America they did a story on a temporary fix for Eye Bags.  While it looked promising though temporary, I never heard the product name.  Did anybody else see this segment and hear the product name.

I didn't see that but just saw in a magazine that Alba in a tube and has 3 products, one is for bags under the eyes, think it was the green tube?
