Extended Holiday returns...

Can someone please help me out with this question? What are the dates that qualify for extended returns? If I purchased something on the 28th of September but was shipped on the 2nd of October, would that qualify for the extended return? And I ask cuz when QVC shows on the status shipped it doesn't necessary mean it shipped out that day, so technically I received the item later in the month of October... Thank you.
