I've used and love Tatcha Rice Polish for nearly 4 years.  I cut down on the price by getting it on eBay from reputable sellers with lots of sales.  A bottle lasts for months and I use it nearly every night.  Most people don't use it as often.

I don't know if it will pill under makeup b/c I use it as a nighttime treatment and then rinse it off in the morning.

In addition to the Tatcha Rice Polish (in Gentle) I use glycolic acid nightly.  

No, it's not too much for my complexion but it's not sensitive at all.
