Ew.... toe nails.....ew!

Anyone have a magic wand to get rid of these toe nails with lines/ridges?
I hate feet so I do my best to keep my feet the best they can be but painting my toenails is pretty much worthless.... the big toe nails have lines and ridges.
Is there a tool that will get rid of these nasty things?
