The past three times I have ordered from Evine I have picked the Pay In Full option. But each time they bill me in value pays of 6 payments. Has anyone had this happen?

Im not stupid lol and I know what I am picking when I order!!

why not just pay the full amount, instead of only paying the value pay amount. just because your bill says you only owe $10, if you know that your purchase was $40, just pay that.

I always choose Easy Pay or Value Pay in case I need to return an item.

I don't want the full price charged at the time of purchase.

@OhioAngel.  I think I'd call Evine and ask them why this happened.  It's for sure nobody here can answer your question.

I'm not sure why that happened but you should be able to go into your Evine account, go to your order and check the boxes for all future amounts to be billed immediately.

For some reason, that feature isn't working for me so I called and the CS rep did it for me.

Re: Evine Ordering?

[ Edited ]

No, I haven't had that experience.  I buy a lot of things from Evine and usually use the 6 Payments when it's offered.  It's a good idea to check things online after you order with any shopping channel.  If there is an issue, the sooner you call cs, the more likely it is they can fix it for you.  I was on the ShopLc App last week.  I didn't intend to buy anything, I was just looking at past shows.  I didn't even pull up an item but "blip", I got a "thank you for ordering" message.  I thought it was just a message error because I hadn't clicked on any items, I didn't get that far.  But!  When I checked my orders,  the App had ordered a $1299 tannzanite ring for me.  It was in 18k white gold, it was beautiful but I didn't order it.  I called cs immediately and as I was trying to explained to her what happened, she stopped me and said something like  "It's ok, I understand. Our App is very sensitive and it does make phantom purchases".  She was so nice, she reversed the sale.  But I won't use that App again.

@chrystaltree.  Now that's scary.  If it had been QVC, they probably would have told you, you couldn't cancel.  Better keep an eye on your credit card.

Scary indeed.  I deleted their app.  I did check with my CC company....twice.

Well that's annoying! You can go into your account and hit all of the boxes to pay all of the installments. I would call CS and ask what's up with that though.
